Arnold's iconic catchphrases made into movies
During the mid-1990s, film studios attempted to exploit Arnold’s iconic catchphrases. Entire narratives were constructed around a single memorable line from a successful movie, resulting in films that failed to impress despite their box office appeal. These five Schwarzenegger movies were swiftly relegated to VCR and DVD rental shelves after producers witnessed their disastrous outcomes.
Come With Me if You Want to Live
Bill McDaniel (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is the sole survivor of his SWAT team after assassins have taken control of an entire amusement park. McDaniel must save the other stranded survivors. “Come with me if you want to live” was said an astonishing 89 times in this horrific waste of film.
“Get to the Choppah!”
Military helicopter pilot Bruce Billings (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is set on an adventure to rescue as many beautiful Miss America pageant contestants as he can as a bomb is scheduled to blow. “Get to the Choppah” was used an obnoxiously repetitive total of 147 times in this outlandish action flop.
“Hasta la Vista, Baby”
Simon Webber (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and his wife are celebrating their 10th anniversary in Cancun, Mexico when a dangerous drug smuggling cartel takes over the tourist destination. Simon is not fond of the cartel taking over their vacation and threatening the other tourists. The line “Hasta la Vista, Baby” is used a staggering 94.5 times in this B movie bomb.
“I’ll Be Bach”
Francis Poindexter (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is a professional pianist and composer who is inspired by Johann Sebastian Bach. When a terrorist threat compromises an upcoming performance, Francis relies on his smarts and bulging biceps to take them out. “I’ll be Bach” was used a total of 58 times in the movie.
“It’s Not a Toomah!”
One memorable line from “Kindergarten Cop” inspired a B movie that gets an F.
Dr. Phillip Glasco (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has bio-engineered himself to grow another brain. However, this brain has a different personality than his original, and now the good doctor must learn to live with it… or remove it. The line “It’s Not a Toomah” was said an unprecedented 254 times. You can count them if you can make it through the movie.
